Hire our Bar
For many years, Party on Potton has provided a bar service for events ranging from birthday parties, to weddings to community events. With draught beer (subject to event size), a wide range of spirits and our own glassware, we can provide a bar service to bring your event to life.

By booking our bar, you’ll also know you are doing your bit to support the next Big Weekend, with those working the bar doing so voluntarily and all profits going towards our fundraising efforts.

Fully Mobile Bar Service
With over fifteen years’ experience in events and bar management, we can happily provide bar services for your event, and this mobile bar service, can be put up almost anywhere.
Other Services
We are able to provide a wine waiter and waiter service when required. However, if this requires additional staff there may be a charge.
Costs to Hire an Outside Bar for Your Event
There is a £100 hire charge for the supply, set up and running of your bar with no minimal spend. This is far below prices charged by other mobile bars as Party on Potton is a ‘non for profit’ organisation.
We supply the stock, which can be tailored to your needs, and then charge reasonable prices to your guests. Our prices are also hugely competitive compared to most pubs and mobile bars.
We have run bars for events with over 5,000 attendees (The Big Weekend) as well as many wedding, charity events, family parties and work events. Our Net Promoter score is +92 which means we are highly recommended by our customers !
